Refund Policy
Refund terms depend on the product and channel (e.g. Microsoft Store, direct purchase). Please refer to the applicable store or purchase page for refund conditions. For direct purchases, contact us at the email below to request a refund within the period stated at purchase.
Termination
Your right to use the software ceases automatically if you breach these Terms. We may also terminate or suspend access at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use and, where possible, uninstall the software.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Leipzig, Germany, provided you are a merchant, legal entity under public law, or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
